Is there a free trial available?
Yes, you can try our platform for free for up to one year. All users with less than 500 customer profiles start on the free-for-a-year plan. At the end of the free year, the plan transitions to a paid subscription of $15/month.
Can I change my plan later?
Of course, our pricing scales with your company. Simply update your plan selection in the Billing settings of your workspace. Or chat with our customer success team to find a solution that works for you.
How does billing work?
Business plans are billed per workspace, not per account. You can upgrade one workspace and not impact your other workspaces. Enterprise fees are based on account and workspace usage. Chat with our customer success team to learn more.
When are subscriptions billed?
Business tier subscription fees are charged at the beginning of each billing cycle. Enterprise customers are invoiced at the end of each billing cycle.
What is your cancellation policy?
We understand that things change. You can cancel your plan at any time. Pro-rated refunds are not offered at this time.
